EPF is an invitation-only event, for networks present at any of the four EPF host IXPs. Participants are required to register and have their registration confirmed by the EPF hosts.
For this years’ virtual event organisations that are peering at any of the four hosts are welcome to send four participants each to EPF, free of charge. Organisations who have concrete deployment plans at one of the host exchanges are also welcome to send two participants to EPF for a registration fee of 150 euro.
Organisations that want to register more than four participants can do so by paying a registration fee of 150 euro per extra person. We allow a maximum of six attendees per network.
As in previous years, we will continue to invite other Euro-IX IXP members. These IXPs can send one participant each for a registration fee of 150 euro. Invited speakers or panellists do not pay a registration fee to attend.
EPF is a networking event for the peering community, not a commercial event. As such, any commercial/salespeople from the participating networks are discouraged from registering and will only be approved on a case-by-case basis.
