Who can attend EPF?
EPF is an invitation-only event, for networks present at any of the four EPF host IXPs and/or the guest IXP. Participants are required to register and have their registration confirmed by the EPF hosts. Organisations that are peering at any of the four host IXPs and/or the guest IXP are welcome to send two participants each to the EPF, free of charge. Organisations who have concrete deployment plans at one of the host exchanges are also welcome to send two participants to the EPF, free of charge.

Extra attendees
Organisations that want to send more than two participants can do so by paying a registration fee of 500 Euros per extra person. We allow a maximum of four attendees per network.

Other IX’s
As in previous years, we will continue to invite other EURO-IX IXP members, with a maximum of 15 exchanges in total. These IXPs can send one participant each for a registration fee of 500 Euros.

Speakers
Invited speakers or panelists do not pay a registration fee to attend.

Others and non-members
The EPF is a networking event for the peering community, not a commercial event. As such, any commercial/sales people from the participating networks are discouraged from registering and will only be approved on a case-by-case basis.

Late Registrations
When you register after Friday August 16th you have to pay a registration fee of €200.
